Payment Options: We currently process our website orders through Paypal. However, if you would prefer to use your credit card directly, you may call us at the store during business hours at: 917.305.0510. All credit card & personal information is held strictly confidential and secure. We do NOT accept personal checks.

Order Processing: Available jewelry items are shipped as soon as payment is received, usually within 1 to 3 days unless an item is out of stock. Out of stock or custom orders may be delayed by up to 1-4 weeks if we have to special order an item. We will notify you by e-mail of the delivery status. Please let us know if you have any special instructions or need your order yesterday!

Shipping: Our standard shipping is USPS PRIORITY MAIL with Delivery Confirmation for $6.00. For small packages under $50 we offer USPS First Class Mail (not insured) for $4.00 (not recommended for expensive purchases).  You may also choose from our other shipping options, including USPS Overnight, Fed EX Overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day.  For Fed Ex shippings, please be sure to provide a physical street address. If a P.O. Box is listed as the shipping address, we will change the carrier to USPS overnight. For any order that needs to be rushed (overnight or 2nd, 3rd day), please note that our inventory is often made to order, and may not be immediately available. If this is the case, we will do our best to contact you with an estimated delivery date, or other in-stock purchase options.

Tax: We are required to collect 8.875% NYC sales tax on merchandise shipped to any address in New York state. Out of state sales will not be billed for sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges: For online purchases (not store sales), we offer returns within 7 days, and exchanges within 1 month. No returns or exchanges on custom orders. You must call first within the stated time period (917.305.0510) to receive a Return Authorization. Please package the item(s) with padding.  Jewelry must be in clean, unworn & otherwise resalable condition when it is returned to us. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if these conditions are not met. For returns, the purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment or extended as a store credit. For exchanges, store credit will be issued. Shipping costs and gift wrapping are not refundable. Please make a note to us if your item was received as a gift…Gift returns will be handled in a discreet manner and will receive gift credit toward other merchandise for the value of the item. Returns are processed in the order received and may take 2-10 days to be refunded once we receive them.

Jewelry-Making Classes & Private Parties FAQ:

How many people can LUNESSA accomodate at a private party? We can host a private party or class for up to 8 guests in our Soho Shop. If you would like to plan a larger party, we can travel to your destination to accommodate your party (a travel fee will apply).

What times are available for a private party?  We offer private parties in 2-hour slots starting from 10:30am-2pm Mon-Fri,  or evening parties from 7-10pm. On Sat/Sun, we offer 2-hour private parties from 10am-1pm or 7:30-10:30pm. If you would like to book a party during regular store hours (other than the times listed above), there is an additional fee of $200/hour to close the store to the public.

Payment/Cancellation Policy: Private Parties:

Classes and Workshops: Class fee must be paid in advance to hold space in class. Materials fee may be paid at time of class. You may reschedule a class if we are 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours, class fee will be non-refundable. *please note that we strictly enforce our cancellation policies because we need to buy supplies and pay for teachers in advance. 

IN STORE RETURN POLICY: For In-store purchases only, we offer a 30-day Exchange only or Store Credit policy for items that have not been worn. Holiday purchases will be exchangable through January 30.  No returns on customized or altered pieces.

Custom Orders: We would love to help you design the perfect piece of jewelry for your special occasion or any occasion! Please email us what you are looking for…to be helpful, be sure to include photos, drawings, and any important details.

Gift Wrap: Every purchase from our Street Collection includes a beautiful silky organza giftbag with our store card inside. Our fine jewelry collection comes with a giftbox. You may also purchase a signature giftbox with ribbon for $3.00 per item.

 A 50% deposit in needed to book a party or class; payment is due in full on the day of the party/class. Party deposit is non-refundable, but may be rescheduled if given at least 7 days notice.
